Hamad Jassim Al Darwish is the Co-Founder and CEO of Medad Holding LLC. He has successfully led companies for more than 25 years in the EMEA region utilizing his experience in corporate governance, strategy, and investment management.

He is also the CEO of Al Hail Holding LLC and several other successful businesses. He holds Board and Executive positions in more than 30 companies spanning multiple industries, in the UAE, USA, and Ireland.

Hamad Jassim Al Darwish is well-known in the market as an astute businessman, thought leader, and mentor to local businesses on investment matters.

Mohammed Alshaiba
Almazrouei

COO

Mohammed Alshaiba Almazrouei is the Chief Operating Officer of Medad Holding LLC, overseeing the company’s business growth, investment appraisal, and operations systems. He has over 15 years of experience in the technology and finance sectors.

Almazrouei also leads Board and Executive positions across the diversified verticals of the Holding.

He possesses comprehensive expertise in the global financial marketplace combined with an astute and informed eye for new opportunities. This has led to an excellent track record of forward-thinking investments and returns for all initiatives entered into. One of his most unique strengths is his commitment to people and his natural ability to cultivate relationships and bonds across the globe.

Mohammed holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong, and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from George Washington University. He is also an alumnus of the Abu Dhabi Leadership Program from the University of Oxford.

Nidal Khatib

CFO

Nidal Khatib is the Chief Financial Officer of Medad Holding LLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with more than 29 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgetary cost control, systems, audit, tax, treasury & foreign exchange in companies engaged in retail, manufacturing, real estate, trading, operation, and other industries.

Nidal is currently providing financial executive leadership and financial infrastructure support to Medad Holding and Al Hail Holding as well as their subsidiaries. He possesses a proven track record in growing profitability within large and complex companies, advising and consulting to maximize their service usage and investment opportunities.

Nidal has several professional qualifications from the Institute of Management Accountants, the Institute of Internal Auditors, and the California Board of Accountancy.
